Do you take orders by phone? No. We are happy to answer questions and help you with your order on the phone, but we require all orders to be made in writing. You can order through the online store with a credit card, by faxing a PO to (802) 264-6433, or by mailing a check or PO to ASEBA, 1 South Prospect Street, Burlington, VT 05401. What do I need to get started? We offer starter kits for all age groups that provide you with the forms, scoring tools, and manual you need to get started. Computer-scoring starter kits include the forms, manual, and corresponding ADM module you need to enter and score data from forms, run cross-informant comparisons, and store the data on your computer. Hand-scoring starter kits include the forms, manual, hand-scoring profiles to score the forms, and templates to help you transfer data from the forms to the profiles. What is the difference between a profile and a template? A profile is a single-use scoring sheet that allows you to use the numbers from the forms to score the syndromes and graph a profile of the syndrome scores. A template is a multiple-use scoring tool that makes it easier to transfer the numbers from the forms to the profiles. You don't need a template to transfer the numbers from the form to the profile, but it makes the process much more efficient. Do I need to fill out a User Qualifications Form each time I order? No. You only need to fill out the form before your first order. What's your discount policy? We offer volume discounts for orders of $2,000 or more. We also offer student discounts and training discounts. The discount applied depends on the size of the order, so please e-mail mail@aseba.org or call (802) 264-6432 for more details. |
